Cancellation & Booking Policy

SAYO Lisbon

At SAYO, each appointment is thoughtfully prepared to offer a calm, uninterrupted experience. To ensure the best service for every client, we kindly ask you to respect the following booking and cancellation guidelines.

Bookings

All appointments are managed through our booking platform.

Even when a booking is requested via phone or message, it must be completed through our system to:

  • secure your time slot
  • register your details
  • ensure a seamless and professional experience

A valid card is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance, free of charge.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, or change made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the service value.

Late Changes & Rescheduling

Changes requested within 12 hours of the appointment, including same-day rescheduling, are subject to the same 50% fee, as the reserved time and space can no longer be reallocated.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the booked service.
